My Books

When Lily Darrow returns to her childhood home to grieve, strange things occur in her mother’s garden that lead her on a treacherous journey across Britain, to a new, stronger version of herself. With the help of botanist Finley Scott, Lily struggles for survival whilst society falls into hopeless ruin. Can they still live in a world invaded by a life-force stronger than humanity?

Absolutely outstanding!! It’s rare I read books of this particular genre (I don’t think there are many!) but The Madonna Lily had me hooked from beginning to end!
The characters were relatable and the switch between two points of view made for an interesting account.
I’m very glad I read this and will be recommending it to everyone!
